Refund and Returns Policy – Modern Textile BD

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns or exchanges requested after 30 days cannot be processed.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as when you received them

• In their original packaging

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• Books showing obvious signs of use

• Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Exchanges
